Your role

As HR Manager, you are the beating heart of our HR organisation. You move smoothly between two worlds — the golf course and the restaurant — and you know exactly what each team needs. From thinking strategically with the management team to holding personal conversations with employees: you combine policy with engagement.

You work with two different collective labour agreements (hospitality and the golf sector), switch effortlessly between both environments and help build a strong, guest-focused employer brand.

What will you do?

  • You are the primary point of contact for managers and employees of both companies;
  • You support and coach managers on HR matters;
  • You develop and implement policies, training plans and onboarding programmes;
  • You ensure correct application of both CLAs;
  • You coordinate recruitment & selection, absence management and workforce planning;
  • You build a warm, positive company culture where people feel welcome and valued;
  • You actively work on HR projects around employer branding, sustainability and development.

What do you bring?

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in HRM or similar;
  • 3–5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in hospitality, leisure or retail;
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR administration;
  • Experience with multiple CLAs is a nice plus;
  • You are a strong communicator, independent and always keep oversight;
  • You embody hospitality — to you, the employee is the key to a great guest experience.
