Your role
As Team Lead Front Office, you lead the Front Office team on a daily basis and are visibly present on the floor. You safeguard service quality, ensure clear processes, and create a positive and professional working environment.
What will you do?
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team;
  • Be responsible for the daily front desk operation;
  • Ensure a warm and professional welcome for members and guests;
  • Create schedules and monitor staffing levels;
  • Optimize workflows and service levels;
  • Handle complex questions, reservations, and any complaints;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Golf Operations, Events, and Sales;
  • Step in and work on the floor when needed – you are part of the team.

Who are you?
  • You are hospitable, resilient, and service-oriented;
  • You have proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality, leisure, or front office;
  • You communicate clearly and know how to positively engage others;
  • You work in a structured way and maintain overview, even during busy moments;
  • You are representative and quality-driven;
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • Affinity with golf and/or premium hospitality is a plus.
