Anne van Dam captain of Team Europe PJSC

From 7 to 8 September 2026, Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt will host the PING Junior Solheim Cup, marking the first time this prestigious junior event is held on the same course as the Solheim Cup. This unique convergence offers young talents the opportunity to compete on a world-class course and be inspired by the world’s top female golfers.

Anne van Dam Appointed Captain of Team Europe
Dutch Olympian and five-time Ladies European Tour (LET) winner Anne van Dam has been named captain of the European team for the 2026 PING Junior Solheim Cup. Van Dam, who participated in the event in 2013 and was part of the victorious 2019 Solheim Cup team, considers this role one of the proudest moments of her life. “It’s such an incredible honour to be asked, one of the easiest yeses I have ever given,” she said. “I played in the PING Junior Solheim Cup in 2013, so to now be captain is absolutely surreal. I have so many great memories.”

A Historic Week for Dutch Golf
Hosting both the PING Junior Solheim Cup and the Solheim Cup at Bernardus Golf marks a historic milestone for Dutch golf. It’s the first time both events are held in the Netherlands and on the same venue. Van Dam expressed her enthusiasm: “Having the Netherlands host the Solheim Cup and PING Junior Solheim Cup is a historical moment for my country. It’s going to be an incredible experience.”
