General information about the event can be found on the official Solheim Cup 2026 website.
Preparations
Construction for the event started on 18 June. We are building grandstands, hospitality tents, bridges, a FanZone and a bus station, among other things. Work is also underway on various other, often less visible, facilities.
As a result, some facilities may be temporarily closed or accessible in a different way.
Tickets for employees
Tickets are available through the official Solheim Cup 2026 channels.
Employees of Opportunity Partners, Bernardus Golf, Bernardus Wijn and Nami receive a 10% discount on General Access tickets.
Discounted tickets are available exclusively by e-mail: solheimcup@bernardus.com.
All employees will receive a free admission ticket for the period from Monday 7 September up to and including Sunday 13 September. You will receive more information about this a few weeks before the event.
Hospitality
Interested in one of the hospitality options during the Solheim Cup? Various options are available. More information can be found at solheimcup.seetickets.com.

From 7 to 13 September, Cromvoirt will be closed to through traffic and Bernardus will not be directly accessible by car. This applies to visitors, employees and volunteers.
Employees working during this week will receive a parking ticket for the car park at the IJzeren Man. From there, buses will run to the FanZone and the clubhouse.
Do you also have a visitor ticket? You will receive information about the best travel route from the ticket provider.
More information can be found at solheimcup2026.golf/gettinghere.
Access permits will be used for residents and businesses in the immediate vicinity.
Work schedule
For employees of Bernardus Golf and Wijn, an adjusted work schedule will be in place due to the different work locations and roles.
Please submit your availability to your manager in good time so it can be processed in the work schedule.
Accommodation options
Due to a major shortage of accommodation in the immediate area, we are unfortunately unable to facilitate any overnight stays.
We therefore ask employees who wish to stay overnight to arrange their own accommodation in good time.
We appreciate your understanding.
Lunch and dinner during work
For employees working in the FanZone, lunch and dinner will be provided via the Crew Café.
Other employees can use the facilities they normally use.
Access pass
You will receive information about your admission ticket and access pass a few weeks before the event.
Please also see the information under Tickets for employees.
Bicycles during the Solheim Cup
A limited number of bicycles will be available for employees who need to move quickly between the clubhouse and the FanZone.
The distribution of these bicycles will be arranged centrally. More information will follow shortly before the Solheim Cup.
